Dr. Hemita Klose, DMD FAGD
Dr. Hemita Klose graduated top 5 in her class at University of Florida College of Dentistry. As a result, Dr. Klose was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, an invitation-only honor society that recognizes only the highest achievers of graduating dentists nationwide. Dr. Klose is well versed in all aspects of Dentistry including fillings/bondings, crowns, veneers, whitening, gum therapies, extractions, implants, root canal therapy and orthodontics such as Invisalign.
Dr. Klose is an avid believer in continuing education and strives to learn about all of the latest research and technology in Dentistry. Completing one of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today, Dr. Klose received the FAGD award from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in June of 2018. To become a “Fellow” of the AGD is no small feat and to date, less than 7,000 members have been awarded fellowships. Requirements include a minimum of 500 hours of approved continuing education, a comprehensive 4-hour 400-question exam covering all topics within clinical dentistry and an extreme dedication to patient care. Staying ahead of the curve on advanced dentistry and utilizing the most current techniques and technology for treatment, patients can rest assured that with Dr. Klose they are receiving the highest quality of care in general dentistry.
Dr. Klose began practicing Dentistry in Orlando, Florida where she practiced for several years. Dr. Klose and her husband then made the decision to leave Florida and begin their next adventure in the big apple.
Dr. Klose lives in Manhattan with her Husband, their two dogs Bailey and Sonya and welcomed their first child in March of 2017.

Brooklyn native, Dr. Lauren's passion is in performing ethical and esthetic dentistry.
Dr. Lauren Atwell-Oglesby
Dr. Lauren Atwell-Oglesby is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where she completed both her undergraduate and dental school studies. Born in Brooklyn, Dr. Atwell relocated back to New York City in 2011, completing a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Since then, Dr. Atwell has practiced in both the city and northern Westchester County.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including composite restorations, crown and bridge work, root canal therapy, extractions, and Invisalign treatment. Her true passion is performing ethical and esthetic dentistry. She works hard to deliver personalized treatment with kindness and compassion.
Dr. Atwell presently is a member of the District 9 Westchester Study Club. She actively and regularly enjoys taking continuing education courses. Outside of the office, Dr. Atwell is a wife and mother to twin boys. She enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and expanding her culinary skills. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
